1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, purchasing, or participating in any Muscle Boys Fitness (“MBF”) program, service, platform, or community—including but not limited to Discord servers, challenges, coaching systems, websites, and digital products—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use MBF services.

2. ELIGIBILITY (AGE REQUIREMENT)

You must be at least 18 years old to use MBF services.

By purchasing or participating, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
  
  
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  
  

MBF does not knowingly allow minors to participate. Any account found to be operated by a minor may be terminated immediately without refund.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICES

MBF provides:

• Fitness accountability challenges
  
  
• Habit and discipline systems
  
  
• Educational fitness and lifestyle content
  
  
• Community-based execution tracking
  
  
• Coaching-style guidance and structure
  
  

MBF does not provide:

• Medical advice
  
  
• Mental health treatment
  
  
• Physical therapy
  
  
• Nutrition prescriptions for medical conditions
  
  

All services are educational and accountability-based only.

4. HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

MBF programs involve physical activity, nutrition guidance, and behavioral discipline.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

• MBF is not a medical provider
  
  
• MBF does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition
  
  
• You are solely responsible for your health decisions
  
  
• You should consult a physician before beginning any fitness or nutrition program
  
  

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

MBF is not liable for injuries, health complications, or adverse outcomes arising from participation.

5. PROGRAM STRUCTURE & ENFORCEMENT

5.1 Challenge Rules (7-Day Challenge)

• The Challenge consists of 7 required daily actions
  
  
• You are given 10 calendar days to complete all 7 actions
  
  
• Days reset at 5:00 AM (Los Angeles time)
  
  
• Late submissions are accepted until 2:59 AM for the previous day
  
  
• Submissions are closed from 3:00 AM–4:59 AM
  
  

Failure to complete all actions within the 10-day window results in challenge expiration.

5.2 Resets & Reactivation

• One (1) free reset is permitted per user
  
  
• After a second failure, the challenge becomes locked
  
  
• Reactivation requires a fee
  
  

Reactivation does not extend or bypass enforcement rules.

5.3 Point Systems (RP / LP / Other)

• Points are awarded per system rules
  
  
• Challenge points are per attempt
  
  
• If a challenge attempt expires, challenge-earned points reset
  
  
• Referral or bonus points are never wiped
  
  
• Leaderboards reflect current execution, not past failed attempts
  
  

MBF reserves the right to adjust point systems to maintain fairness and integrity.

6. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS

All payments made to Muscle Boys Fitness (“MBF”) are processed through third-party payment providers.

6.1 All Sales Final

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all purchases are final.

MBF does not offer refunds for:

• Failure to complete a program
  
  
• Missed days or expired challenges
  
  
• User dissatisfaction with effort required
  
  
• Account termination due to rule violations
  
  
• Failure to read or understand program requirements
  
  

6.2 Reactivation & Reset Fees

Certain programs may require payment to regain access after expiration or enforcement locks.

Reactivation fees:

• Are clearly disclosed before purchase
  
  
• Do not extend program timelines
  
  
• Do not override system enforcement rules
  
  

6.3 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting MBF support may result in:

• Immediate suspension of access
  
  
• Permanent removal from MBF programs
  
  

MBF reserves the right to contest chargebacks using:

• System logs
  
  
• Participation records
  
  
• Acceptance of these Terms
  
  

6.4 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstances.

At MBF’s sole discretion, limited refunds may be considered for:

• Duplicate charges
  
  
• Documented technical errors
  
  

No other exceptions are implied.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members
  
  
• Post illegal, explicit, or dangerous content
  
  
• Attempt to exploit systems, loopholes, or enforcement
  
  
• Impersonate staff or other users
  
  
• Circumvent locks, resets, or safeguards
  
  

Violation may result in:

• Removal from programs
  
  
• Loss of access
  
  
• Permanent ban without refund
  
  

8. COMMUNITY SAFETY & CRISIS DISCLAIMER

MBF is an accountability and discipline platform—not a crisis support service.

If you experience severe emotional distress or thoughts of self-harm:

• MBF may pause enforcement actions
  
  
• You will be directed to appropriate crisis resources
  
  

If you are in the U.S., contact 988 for immediate support.
If you are elsewhere, seek local emergency services.

MBF staff are not trained crisis counselors.

9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

MBF reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for:

• Terms violations
  
  
• Abuse of systems
  
  
• Fraud or payment disputes
  
  
• Behavior that threatens community safety
  
  

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All MBF content—including systems, copy, challenges, frameworks, and materials—is owned by MBF.

You may not:

• Copy
  
  
• Resell
  
  
• Redistribute
  
  
• Reverse engineer
  
  
• Publicly share proprietary materials
  
  

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

MBF services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

MBF makes no guarantees regarding:

• Results
  
  
• Physical outcomes
  
  
• Income
  
  
• Performance
  
  
• Personal transformation
  
  

Your results depend entirely on your effort and consistency.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MBF is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  
  
• MBF’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days
  
  

13. ARBITRATION & GOVERNING LAW

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not class action lawsuits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of California / Los Angeles.

14. MODIFICATIONS

MBF may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
